Laura Vilares Zancada

Laura Vilares Zancada is an accomplished professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Directora de Personas y Desarrollo Organizativo at Save the Children España since March 2023. As a co-founder and leader of the HR Forum at EJE&CON Asociación Española de Ejecutiv@s y Consejer@s since May 2015, Laura focuses on promoting gender-diverse talent. Laura's prior roles include Chief People Officer at Gamelearn, Directora de Organización y Personas España and RSE at Grupo SM, and key HR positions at Jazztel, Arthur Andersen & Co., Techint Group, and the Ministry of Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social. Laura holds a Licenciatura en Psicología from the University of Buenos Aires and has completed executive training programs in leadership and coaching.
