Indrajeet Ghatge

Indrajeet Ghatge has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Indrajeet is currently working as the Head of Behavioral Scientist at Save the Children, India, where they lead the application of Behavioral Science concepts to address issues faced by marginalized children and families. Indrajeet is also a Behavioral Scientist at The Center for Utilizing Behavioral Insights for Children (CUBIC), where they work on projects globally to create positive changes in the lives of marginalized communities, especially children and women.

Before that, Indrajeet worked as an Independent Consultant, providing management consulting and startup advisory services. Indrajeet specializes in areas such as marketing, strategy, operations, HR, and leadership. Indrajeet also worked as a Behavioral Science Consultant at NudgeIn, designing nudges to influence people's behavior in various organizations and government agencies.

Prior to that, Indrajeet held the position of Head of Strategy and Execution at Clevu, a startup focused on self-assessments for graduates. Indrajeet revitalized the company by introducing counseling services alongside the assessments. Indrajeet was also the VP of Business Development and VP of Operations at HausKhaas, where they contributed significantly to revenue growth and streamlined operations respectively.

Indrajeet's earlier experiences include being the Co-founder and COO at Buymaxo, Chief Marketing Officer at MIDAS INDIA, and Business Manager and Development Coordinator at GIRHL. Indrajeet also worked as an Insights and Strategy Manager at SonicRim, where they worked on market research projects for Fortune 500 companies.

Throughout their career, Indrajeet has demonstrated a strong background in behavioral science, management consulting, and creating impactful change in various organizations and communities.

Indrajeet Ghatge completed their education with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University in the years 2002 to 2006. Indrajeet then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Strategy, Marketing, Organizational Behaviour (OB), Sustainability, Operations, and General Management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University from 2010 to 2012.

Indrajeet further enhanced their academic credentials by earning a Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) between 2016 and 2018. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including a Green Belt Certification in Six Sigma and Quality Management from the Weatherhead School of Management in December 2011, a Graduate Certificate in Public Policy from The Takshashila Institution in November 2014, and became a member of GAABS (Global Association of Applied Behavioural Scientists) in February 2021.

In terms of high school education, Indrajeet attended Loyola High School & Junior College Pune from 1990 to 2002.
