Beauty Kumari is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development within the international development sector. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Manager at Bal Raksha Bharat since May 2017, Beauty has also held roles such as Assistant Manager of L&D and HR automation, Coordinator of HR & Learning Development, and HR Generalist. Previous experience includes consultative work on HRIS implementation and employee engagement surveys at INOX India Pvt. Ltd. and Siemens, as well as an internship at HCL Infosystems Ltd. Beauty holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Magadh University.
