Laura Jepson-Lay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international development and program management. Currently serving as the Global Director for Strategy Planning & Movement Development at Save the Children International, Laura oversees programs across 14 countries in East & Southern Africa with an annual budget of approximately $450 million. In previous roles at Save the Children, including Deputy Country Director and Head of Program Development, Laura has demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering high-quality programs that create sustainable impact for children. Laura has also held positions at ACTED, International Medical Corps, ShelterBox International, and brings a robust academic background with a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring for Leadership in Organisations from Leeds Beckett University and a BA (Hons) in International Studies from The Open University.
