Patrick Hayden

Patrick Hayden currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer and Deputy CEO at Save the Children International since July 2023, while also holding a position as a Board Member at the Centre for Public Impact from April 2024. Prior experience includes over a decade at Boston Consulting Group, where Patrick advanced from Principal to Partner, leading public sector initiatives across Australia and serving as the Global Practice Management Director. Notable contributions include managing extensive international projects focused on public sector transformation and providing strategic leadership on various humanitarian topics. Patrick has also held senior consulting roles in Ethiopia, addressing financial service access for rural communities, and worked as a lawyer with the United Nations. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws from the University of Oxford and dual Bachelor's degrees in Laws and Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
