Deborah Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Deborah started their career as an Assistant Production Coordinator at The Flying Music Co in 1998 and then worked as a Project Administrator at Galathea from 1999 to 2001. Deborah then served as an Operations Manager at Rundle & Co Ltd from 2001 to 2002. Deborah then joined GalatheaSTS Ltd as the Head of Project Management, where they managed projects for a ticketing and marketing software company from 2002 to 2009. After a year of traveling, they worked as a Project Manager at AndersonZaks Ltd on contract from 2010 to 2011. Deborah then joined Nomad Digital as a Service Continuity Manager, where they managed the global service team and implemented new service contracts from 2011 to 2012. Deborah then served as a Service Continuity Manager at News UK from 2012 to 2014, where they implemented and maintained the IT service continuity management framework. Deborah later joined EY as a Senior Consultant in Cyber Security and Resilience from 2015 to 2016 and then became a Manager in the same field until 2018. At EY, they also took on roles in people advisory services and corporate responsibility transformation programs. From 2021 to 2022, Deborah worked as a Technology Project Manager at Save the Children UK, where they planned and managed IT projects and collaborated with the UK Impact team on campaigns and initiatives. Deborah then became the Interim Head of PMO at Save the Children, managing the day-to-day activities in the PMO and providing guidance on PMO policies and processes. Currently, Deborah is the CRM Implementation Lead at Save the Children UK, overseeing the implementation of a new CRM system.
