Maboko Maja

Maboko Maja is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health promotion and community development. Currently serving as Provincial Manager at JAM since January 2015, Maboko also holds roles at Save the Children UK as Community Coordinator and Network of Care School Based Team Coordinator, with a focus on Reproductive and Maternal Health Care. Additionally, Maboko has been involved with CANSA The Cancer Association of South Africa as Health Promotion Coordinator since April 1996. Maboko previously worked as Community Development Officer at JAM SA until October 2023. Holding a degree in Health Promotion from the University of Limpopo (2005-2008), Maboko combines educational expertise with a long-standing commitment to community health initiatives.
