Courtney Gardiner

Courtney Gardiner, SHRM-CP, serves as the HR Talent and Culture Manager at Save the Storks since July 2019, where responsibilities include developing HR policies, overseeing recruitment, implementing training programs, managing employee relations, and leading engagement initiatives. Previously held roles at Save the Storks include Development and HR Specialist, focusing on new hire processes and employee support, and Affiliate Care Specialist, maintaining affiliate relationships. Earlier experience includes roles as a barista at Starbucks and a photographer's assistant at Carissa Christine Photography, as well as a sales representative at Gap. Courtney received an Associate of Science degree in Individualized Studies from Dakota County Technical College, following completion of high school at Eastview Senior High School.
