Xingyan Chen

Xingyan Chen has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in various roles and companies. They are currently serving as the Human Resources Director at SAVENCIA since February 2021. Prior to this, Xingyan worked at Procter & Gamble, where they held multiple positions. From January 2019 to February 2021, they were the Head of Talent Practice. During this time, they also served as the Global Human Resources Business Partner for the SK-II brand, where they redesigned and audited global retail and HR operations. From November 2015 to December 2018, they worked as the Human Resources Market Leader, overseeing HR outsourced services and solutions for Singapore and Indonesia. They also initiated a cost-saving project in Indonesia. Xingyan began their career at Maersk Drilling in September 2011, serving as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources until February 2015.

Xingyan Chen completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) degree in HR, Marketing, and Finance from the National University of Singapore from 2007 to 2011. Xingyan also attended Université catholique de Louvain in 2009, where they studied for a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree. Prior to that, they completed their GCE "A" Levels from Hwa Chong Institution for the academic years 2005 to 2006.
