Kim Stott, PhD, SPHR

Kim Stott, PhD, SPHR has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kim is currently the Chief People Officer at SaverLife since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Managing Director & Chief Talent Optimizer at HR Humanist from February 2018. Kim worked at University of Maryland Global Campus as an Associate Professor, Business & Management and later became the Executive Director, Center for Teaching & Learning from March 2012 to September 2014. From February 2016 to January 2018, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Trinity Church Wall Street. Additionally, they worked at Drexel University where they held various roles including Assistant Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness from January 2008 to March 2012. Kim also served as the Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, Drexel Online from September 2014 to February 2016. Throughout their career, Kim Stott has focused on talent optimization, faculty development, HR enhancement, and strategic partnerships in various industries.

Dr. Kim Stott has a diverse education background. Kim holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, Adult & Organizational Development from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Additionally, they pursued doctoral studies in Psycho-Educational Processes (PEP) at Temple University.

In their pursuit of professional development, Dr. Stott completed coursework towards certification in Human Resource Management at UC Santa Barbara. Kim also obtained a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, specializing in Marriage & Family Therapy, from California Lutheran University. Their undergraduate studies were completed at William & Mary, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.

Moreover, Dr. Stott has further extended their expertise by obtaining the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in August 2018.
