Mark Rottweiler has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Mark started their career at Circuit City Stores in 1980, where they held the role of District Sales Manager and was responsible for achieving significant sales volume and managing a large team.
After leaving Circuit City Stores, Mark joined Renewal by Andersen in 2002 as a Regional Sales Manager. In this role, they successfully improved customer service, associate morale, profitability, and sales.
In 2004, Mark transitioned to Target Stores as a Store Team Leader. Here, they directed all aspects of operations, overseeing various departments and implementing strategies to achieve sales, productivity, and service goals.
Following their time at Target, Mark joined Nandorf Inc. in 2008 as a General Manager. In this role, they focused on supporting local neighborhoods and the environment by actively investing in recycling through wholesale and retail resale. Mark also worked on refining brand strategy and statistics systems.
Most recently, Mark has been working at Savers | Value Village since 2012. Mark has held multiple roles in the company, including General Manager, Director of Store Operations, and Director of the Attended Donation Program.
Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to drive results, and a commitment to customer service and associate development.
Mark Rottweiler received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business in the period between 1975 and 1979.
