Kat Craddock currently holds the position of EIC/CEO at Saveur since April 2023. Prior to this, Kat was the Editorial Director at Recurrent Ventures and Acton Media. Kat has also held various roles at Saveur Magazine, Phaidon, Pok Pok, Tasting Table, Serious Eats, Lafayette, and State Bird Provisions. Kat has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature/Studio Art from Wellesley College and an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Chicago.
