Kūlia González, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and responsibilities in the banking industry. Starting in 2003, Kūlia worked at Bank of Hawaii as a Relief Teller before transitioning to the role of Consumer Banking Representative and later becoming a Wealth Administrator. In 2011, Kūlia became a Personal Banking Officer, managing a portfolio of consumer clients. In 2012, Kūlia joined Peoples Bank, where they worked as an Electronic Banking Specialist and then as a Commercial Loan Assistant. Kūlia also served as a Small Business Lending Credit Analyst and a Small Business Lending Officer, managing a portfolio of over 200 small business relationships. Currently, Kūlia is employed at SaviBank, working as a VP/Commercial Loan Officer and also as a Loan Systems Project Manager.

Kūlia González, MBA obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western Governors University in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Management from Western Governors University between 2016 and 2019. Kūlia also holds a High School Diploma from Kamehameha Schools Kapalama Campus, acquired between 1994 and 2000.
