Tracey Lockwood

Tracey Lockwood has a diverse work experience in the banking and loan servicing industry. Tracey currently holds the position of VP/Loan Operations and Systems Manager at SaviBank, where they have streamlined operations, developed new job positions, and managed various projects. Prior to this role, they served as AVP/Loan Operations Lead at the same company, overseeing team members, ensuring compliance, and enhancing training procedures. Tracey also has experience as a Loan Operations Representative at SaviBank. Before joining SaviBank, Tracey worked as an Operations Specialist at Evergreen Note Servicing, where they identified performance gaps and improved processes. Tracey also co-founded and managed Independent Note & Contract Services LLC, a private loan servicing company, where they oversaw various aspects of the business and grew the client base.
