Alicia Cannistraci, RN, currently serves as Program Manager and Registered Nurse Blueprint Case Manager at SaVida Health since June 2023. Previously, Alicia held the role of RN in Renal Services/Dialysis at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center from October 2022 to June 2023 and served as Director of Nursing Services at Integritus Healthcare from April 2022 to October 2022. Additional experience includes positions as RN Nurse Manager at Southern Vermont Nursing and Rehabilitation, Registered Nurse in Women's and Children's Services at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center, Staff Educator and Memory Care Coordinator at Crescent Manor Rehabilitation, and Nursing Tutor at Vermont Technical College. Alicia began nursing career as Registered Nurse - Charge Nurse at Centers for Living and Rehabilitation and Registered Nurse - Triage at Battenkill Valley Health Center in 2017. Alicia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Vermont Technical College, anticipated in 2024, and an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from the same institution, completed in 2017.
