Chadwick Moeller is a seasoned professional in customer experience and quality assurance, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at SaviLinx since July 2023. In this role, Chadwick oversees executive relationships and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and contract compliance. Previously, Chadwick spent over a decade at Macmillan Learning, where roles included Senior Customer Experience Manager and Senior Technical Account Manager, achieving high customer satisfaction ratings and driving significant revenue growth. Chadwick co-founded a QA consulting company and has extensive experience in leading quality assurance teams for educational technology products. Chadwick holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Arizona State University and a Master's degree in Liberal Arts from Texas Christian University.
