Simon Jayne has extensive experience in talent management and psychometric solutions, currently serving as Associate Director at Saville Assessment since 2005. In this role, Simon supports a diverse range of UK and international clients throughout the talent cycle, offering consultancy, training, and expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, development, and leadership. Prior to this, Simon held positions at SHL as Managing Consultant and Senior Consultant, focusing on talent assessment and development solutions. Additional experience includes roles at the Learning & Skills Council and PE International, emphasizing employee training and IT staffing. Simon holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology from The University of Manchester and a Post Graduate Certificate in Occupational Psychology from The British Psychological Society, along with further education at The University of Salford.
