Abdul Rasheed

Abdul Rasheed has a diverse work experience in the field of health, safety, and environment (HSE) engineering. Abdul started their career in 2013 as a Safety Engineer at Ramalingam Construction Company Private Limited. From there, they moved on to work as an EHS Engineer at Maaden from 2014 to 2016.

In 2017, Abdul joined L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Limited as an HSE Supervisor and later worked as an HSE Officer at EQUATE Petrochemical Company from 2017 to 2018. Abdul returned to L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Limited in 2019, this time as a Health Safety Environment Engineer.

Abdul then worked as an HSE Supervisor at Descon Engineering Limited for a short period in early 2019. Later that year, they joined KAEFER S.A. as an HSE Officer. In 2019, Abdul also took on the role of a Project Safety Engineer at JLL, where they were involved in various large-scale projects.

In 2020, Abdul worked as an HSSE Lead at Petrofac for a few months. Abdul then moved on to L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Limited again in 2021, this time as a Health Safety Environment Engineer. Their most recent role is as a Project Manager (EHS) at Savills India, where they started in August 2022.

Abdul Rasheed's education history begins with their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, which they obtained from Anna University from 2009 to 2013. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Industrial safety engineering at Anna University from 2021 to 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Abdul Rasheed has obtained several certifications. In 2013, they received the Cisco Certified Network Associate Cloud (CCNA-Cloud) certification from Cisco. In 2014, they obtained a Diploma in HSE from the Fire and Safety Forum, as well as a certification in Firefighting and Fire Prevention from GAC Shipping Kochi. Abdul also obtained the OHSAS 18001 Lead Implementer - Health & Safety Certification from MSME Development Institute - India in the same year. In 2015, they received the Nebosh IGC certification from NEBOSH. Finally, in 2018, they obtained the Is14489 certification from SAFETY SEED, and the Iosh Ms certification from IOSH in 2014.
