Ashish Bhatia

Ashish Bhatia has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Ashish is currently working as the Director - Technical and Investment Risk Monitoring, Valuation & Professional Services at Savills India. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Business Head - BLR at Quantum ProjectInfra P Ltd from 2015 to 2022.

Ashish has also worked at IIDC Ltd (formerly IL&FS Infrastructure Development Corporation) as a Senior Manager from 2005 to 2015. In this role, they were responsible for infrastructure and transaction advisory for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, including project coordination, conceptualization, feasibility studies, and bid process management.

Before that, Ashish was a Senior Executive - Marketing at Kalpataru Constructions Overseas Pvt. Ltd. from 2002 to 2005. Ashish also gained experience as a Summer Trainee at HCL Infosystems Ltd in 2001, where they focused on determining market potential for IT services.

Afterwards, they attended Sir JJ College of Architecture, Mumbai where they obtained a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree from 1995 to 2000. Lastly, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing at KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research, Mumbai from 2000 to 2002.
