Lucy Winterburn

Lucy Winterburn has over 25 years of experience in the real estate investment industry. Lucy currently serves as a Non Executive Director at Value and Indexed Property Income Trust PLC since August 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of UK Investment at Savills Investment Management since May 2000. Before joining Savills, Lucy worked as an Associate at Baring Houston & Saunders from May 1999 to May 2000. Lucy began their career as a Graduate Trainee at Savills in September 1996, where they worked until May 1999.

Lucy Winterburn attended Aberdeen University from 1992 to 1996, where they pursued a degree in Land Economy. Lucy successfully completed their Bachelor of Law and Economics with Honours during their tenure at the university.
