Kelly Givens brings 40 years of diverse experience and skillsets in architecture, construction, asset management, development and transaction management to Savills Corporate Services Group. As a senior transaction consultant, Kelly’s primary responsibility is to assess all workspace and technical facility requirements (occupier space demands) and to uncover, explore and analyze the costs, timing and feasibility of all potential, existing and to-be-built occupancy solutions. His experience of aligning the performance metrics of workplace design and project capital yields substantial value to clients throughout the scope of an assignment. Kelly helps occupiers of real estate define their workplace requirements and helps them to understand specific performance of their available solutions.

Active in the real estate and development industry since 1980, he has designed, built and managed a broad range of product types including corporate headquarters, telecommunications and broadcasting facilities, data centers and research and development facilities. His active involvement in controlling the design process and his direct relations with contractors and material fabricators materially reduces the capital cost required to deliver a project. His approach of designing projects to a specified unit cost profile with pre-established cost indexes, subsequently tied to contract perform
