Sulian Tan - Wijaya

Sulian Tan-Wijaya is an established Executive Director at Savills Singapore, having joined the company in October 2008 to initiate the Retail & Lifestyle division from scratch. Under Sulian's leadership, Savills has secured numerous marketing mandates for notable properties, including Raffles Hotel shopping arcade and 313@Somerset. Prior to this, Sulian served as General Manager for The Fullerton Heritage, overseeing the successful redevelopment of prestigious retail and hospitality spaces, and as Director of Tourism Shopping at the Singapore Tourism Board, where Sulian significantly impacted tourism revenue through high-profile events. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Vice President at Pacific Star Group, managing asset operations for key retail sites. Sulian holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) from the National University of Singapore and completed the Stanford-NUS International Executive Program.
