Pablo Romaní Fournier

Pablo Romaní Fournier has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Pablo is currently the National Director Strategic Consultancy at Savills España, where they advise investment funds, REITs, family offices, and institutional sectors on real estate portfolios. Prior to this role, Pablo worked as the Business Development Director at Savills and held the position of National Director Strategic Consultancy in Barcelona. Pablo has also worked as a Senior Consultant Capital Markets and Consultant Shopping Centers at CBRE España, where they provided consulting services for private investors, family offices, and conducted market research studies. Pablo has also worked as a Visiting Associate Professor at ESADE Business & Law School and held various consulting roles at ASCANA, Engel & Voelkers, and Grupo Inmobiliario Pedralbes.

Pablo Romaní Fournier's education history includes a Master's degree in Real Estate Science from Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, in 2001 to 2007, they obtained a degree in Urbanismo (Urban Planning) from Universitat de Barcelona. In 2006, they participated in the Erasmus Exchange Programme at Uppsala University, studying Law. In 2017 to 2018, they completed a program in Disruptive Strategy & Entrepreneurship Essentials at Harvard Business School. Most recently, in 2021, they pursued studies in Real Estate Management at Esade.
