Emily Asquith began their work experience at Savills in 2005 as a Residential Lettings Negotiator. Emily was responsible for finding tenants and assisting landlords in renting their properties. Emily also managed a portfolio of applicants, conducted viewings, and negotiated contracts. In 2012, they were promoted to Assistant Head of Islington Lettings, and in 2013, they were further promoted to Head of Islington Lettings. In 2018, they became the Head of Islington Lettings - Director, and then in 2019, they became the Operations Delivery Director, heading the Lettings Systems and Projects Team. Throughout their career at Savills, they played a crucial role in improving efficiencies and increasing productivity. Before joining Savills, Emily worked as a Service Manager at Holmes Place from 2002 to 2005.
Emily Asquith attended Sheffield Hallam University from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Higher National Diploma in Business Property Management. Prior to that, they attended Colonel Frank Seely school, although no specific degree or field of study was provided.
