Helen O'Riordan Mrics

Helen O'Riordan MRICS is a Chartered Rural Surveyor with extensive experience in valuation work, currently serving as an Associate Surveyor at Savills since August 2023. Specializing in estate portfolios, farms, country houses, equestrian properties, and vineyards, Helen is a RICS Registered Valuer qualified to produce Red Book valuations for various purposes. Prior experience includes a role at Bidwells as a Chartered Rural Surveyor focusing on private estates from November 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities encompassed rural estate management, planning projects, and property management. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Rural Land and Business Management from the University of Reading and a BSc in Physical Geography from Newcastle University. Early experiences in rural surveying and estate management were complemented by previous roles in teaching and sustainability.
