Henry Elphick is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare, social care, education, life sciences, and property markets. Currently serving as Executive Chair at Mansfield Advisors since June 2016, Elphick leads an award-winning strategy consulting firm recognized by the Financial Times and Firsthand Vault. As a Senior Advisor at Compass Recruitment Solutions and Deputy Chair at the European Healthcare Investor Association, Elphick supports initiatives aimed at enhancing recruitment and investment in healthcare sectors. Additional roles include Senior Advisor at Savills, Healthcare Committee Member of the British Property Federation, and Ambassador for Championing Social Care. With a background in law from the University of Oxford and The University of Law, Elphick has also contributed as an investor and advisor for several organizations, including LaingBuisson and Turn2us.
