Lexi Guo has a strong background in global cross-border investment. Lexi started their career at Winkworth in 2013, where they focused on residential capital market investment and worked closely with major developers in London and Paris. In 2017, Lexi joined Savills as an Associate in the Global Cross Border Investment team, advising major Asian institutional and ultra high net-worth investors on various commercial property investment activities. Lexi was later promoted to Associate Director in March 2021, taking on additional responsibilities in managing global cross-border investment projects.
Lexi Guo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Beihang University in 2012. In 2013, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Strategic Marketing from Imperial College London. Lexi Guo also holds additional certifications including an MRICS from RICS in 2022 and a Certificate in Property Finance and Investment from RICS in 2021.
