Thomas Walsh

Thomas Walsh is an experienced property and facilities manager with a career spanning over two decades. Since January 2015, Thomas serves as a Property Manager at Savills, overseeing the management of a large corporate office building, Ropemaker Place, along with previous managerial roles for Camelford House and Devonshire House. Prior to Savills, Thomas held the position of Senior Facilities Manager at GVA Property Consultancy, managing significant office and retail spaces. Thomas also gained experience as a Site Facilities Manager and Estates Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle, along with roles at Knight Frank and MacLellan Integrated Services, where Thomas provided management for various multi-tenanted buildings and government facilities. Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Facilities Management from the University of Greenwich and possesses additional qualifications in health and safety, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Facilities Management.
