John Larigan

General Counsel at Savion

John Larigan is currently the general counsel at Savion. John has over twenty years of experience in corporate and transactional law. John's previous positions include being a shareholder at Rouse Frets White Goss Gentile Rhodes, P.C. and counsel at both ACT and Polsinelli PC. At ACT, Inc., they led the company's legal work with international transactions, IT, vendor transactions, state and governmental agreements, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic projects. Prior to that, at Polsinelli PC, their practice focused on corporate and transactional matters for nonprofit and for-profit clients, including mergers and acquisitions, joint venture projects, and organizational and governance matters. John has represented a variety of clients over the years, from health systems and charities to food manufacturers and professional service providers.

John Larigan's educational career includes a Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law, a BA in Economics from The University of Kansas, and a degree in English from Newman University.

John Larigan reports to Nick Lincon, President. and Brian Murdock - Senior Legal Counsel reports to John Larigan. They are on a team with Russ Laplante - Chief Investment Officer, Mark Alexander - SVP, Accounting & Financial Reporting, and Derek Sunderman - SVP, Transmission.
