Juan Pablo Salas

Juan Pablo Salas has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Juan Pablo began their career as a Marketing and Sales Intern at Inducol, where they focused on market analysis for Latin American countries. Juan Pablo then worked as a Head Student Assistant Advisor at Kennesaw State University Global Admissions, where they managed current international students and recruited new students from around the world.

Salas later took on roles at Forrer & Associates as an Analyst Intern, where they analyzed and improved accuracy of data in the firm's database, and at BioSense Medical Devices as a Product Development Intern, where they conducted feasibility studies for new products targeting patients with Type II Diabetes.

In 2013, Salas joined MedAssets as a Revenue Accountant and later became a Senior Revenue Accountant. Juan Pablo played a key role in the merger efforts between MedAssets and Precyse Solutions, facilitating streamlined operations and processes.

Salas then joined nThrive as a Senior Financial Analyst, supporting Middle Revenue Cycle segments and improving FP&A processes. Juan Pablo was promoted to Manager, FP&A, where they supported Front and Middle Revenue Cycle segments and became part of the Senior Leadership Team.

Currently, Salas is working at Savista as a Sr. Manager, FP&A. Juan Pablo serves as the Financial Partner and Trusted Business Advisor to the COO, managing revenue cycle operations and a large number of employees. Their responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and presenting to senior stakeholders.

Throughout their career, Salas has demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, strategy implementation, and process improvement.
