Neeraj Bansal has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years in various roles and industries. Neeraj is currently working as the Sr Director of Technology and Head of IT for Savista RCM (formerly nThrive). In this role, they are responsible for managing all aspects of IT, including infrastructure, service delivery, projects, digitization, software development, automation, and compliance. Neeraj leads a team of service delivery leaders, subject matter experts, software developers, and database experts.

Prior to their current position, Neeraj worked as the General Manager of Technology and India Head of Service Delivery for Intelenet Global Services. In this role, they were responsible for delivering IT operations and achieving SLAs for domestic and international outsourcing clients. Neeraj also handled customer interaction for new projects, pricing, project management, solution architecture, project execution, and operations.

Before joining Intelenet, Neeraj held the position of Senior Manager and Head of Technology for Tecnovate eSolutions Private Limited. Neeraj also worked as Group Manager for vCustomer, where they headed the voice and data networks department. In these roles, they were responsible for telephony architecture, WAN and data networks, customer interactions, integration of technologies, project management, solution architecture, and project execution.

Neeraj started their career as a Deputy Manager in the Design and Engineering division of VA TECH HYDRO. Neeraj designed hydro mechanical equipment and worked closely with clients such as the Tamil Nadu state electricity board and Himachal Pradesh state electricity board. Neeraj also served as a Senior Engineer for CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited, where they designed and developed hydro mechanical equipment, liaised with the procurement team, and ensured compliance with industrial and BSI standards.

Neeraj Bansal has a diverse education history. In 1994-1995, they pursued M.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College. From 2010 to 2012, they completed an M.S. in Software Systems at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. In 2011, they participated in a Managers Development Program (MDP) focused on Managing IT Projects at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Prior to that, they obtained a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College from 1990 to 1994. Neeraj Bansal also holds additional certifications including a PRINCE2 - Practitioner Certificate in Project Management obtained in 2015, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification obtained in 2005, as well as various networking and system administration certifications obtained from Cisco, Sun Microsystems, and Microsoft. In 2023, they are expected to complete an Advanced Certificate Program in Cloud Computing and DevOps from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
