Oleksandr M. has extensive work experience in software quality assurance and testing. Oleksandr is currently working as a Lead Quality Engineer at Saviynt, where they lead a distributed software test automation team and tests a cloud-built identity and access governance platform. Prior to this, they worked at Roche as a Software Quality Assurance Expert, where they tested a cloud-based software solution for oncology care teams and supported teams on test automation. Before that, they were a Software Test and Build Automation Engineer at Adyen, where they collaborated with different departments and product development teams to improve the build process and software quality for all products of the company. Oleksandr also worked as a Software Engineer in Test and Scrum Master at Irdeto, where they tested a digital media content management product and facilitated Scrum Events. Additionally, they served as a QA Team Lead at Ciklum, where they tested digital media applications and web services and led the QA process in agile teams. Oleksandr started their career as a Sr. Automation Test Engineer at GlobalLogic, testing a web application for building custom Help-desk software services. Oleksandr also worked as an Automation Test Engineer/Team Lead and a Software Test Engineer at the same company, where they tested a native Windows Label Design application and educational flash applications for children. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Tester at Componence, testing a content management system for building websites. Oleksandr also has experience as a Support Engineer at the National Aviation University of Ukraine.

Oleksandr M. attended the National Aviation University from 2002 to 2008, where they obtained a Specialist degree (equivalent to a Masters) in Management and Marketing. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications such as the Certified ScrumMaster® from the Scrum Alliance in July 2017, and the ISTQB® Certified Tester - Foundation Level from iSQI GmbH in October 2016.
