Pankaj Bhardwaj

Pankaj Bhardwaj is an accomplished leader in customer support and technical operations with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Support at Saviynt and a Board Member at TSIA, Pankaj has held senior positions at companies including Automation Anywhere, PowerSchool, and GitHub, contributing significantly to customer service innovations and operational excellence. Pankaj's leadership has been recognized with numerous awards, including multiple Gold and Silver Stevie Awards as well as Globee Awards for outstanding achievements in customer service and technology. Pankaj holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras, supplemented by an education at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
