Sangeetha Iyer

Sangeetha Iyer's work experience begins with their current role as the Director of Human Resources at Saviynt, which they started in December 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Manager HR at Saviynt from April 2022 to December 2022. Before joining Saviynt, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the same company from July 2021 to March 2022.

Before their time at Saviynt, Sangeetha Iyer had a substantial role at L&T Infotech. From July 2016 to May 2018, they served as a Manager of Human Resources. Their previous experience at L&T Infotech was as a Human Resources professional in the BU HR division from January 2008 to April 2012.

Prior to their employment at L&T Infotech, Sangeetha Iyer was an HR Executive at Siemens Information Systems Ltd from 2007 to 2008.

Sangeetha Iyer began their education at Chinmaya Vidyalaya Kochi, where they received their schooling from 1984 to 1999. Sangeetha then attended Cochin University of Science and Technology from 1999 to 2003, earning a B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communication. In 2006, they pursued their MBA in Business Administration and Management, General at London Metropolitan University, completing the program in 2007.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Sangeetha Iyer has obtained several certifications. Sangeetha completed an Advanced Course On Prevention of Sexual Harassment For Organization Internal Committee from CecureUs in August 2023. Sangeetha also obtained certifications in Employee Experience and HR Leadership as We Move Back into the Office from LinkedIn in December 2021. Furthermore, they achieved the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in October 2020. In May 2020, they obtained certifications in Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy and Strategic Human Resources, both from LinkedIn.
