Jillian's commitment to improving health outcomes was cultivated through her experiences, driving operational and financial transformation within leading health and payer systems. At Kaiser Permanente, she was responsible for unifying the national operational infrastructure of the clinical laboratories – a key enabler of diagnostic data and personalized care management. At Sensely, a digital health startup whose customers include the likes of the National Health Service in the UK and Rakuten, she led the company’s business operations functions through market expansions into Asia and the Middle East. Most recently, as Director of Operations for Sutter Health | Aetna, she oversaw the launch of a health plan product into the market. From her previous career in banking, Jillian's experience with the capital markets brings a depth of expertise in analyzing and executing investment decisions.
