Olivier LACOT has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Olivier currently works at SAVOYE as the Head of sales for automation new business and evolutions, where they are responsible for managing the sales team and ensuring the quality of customer-centric solutions. Prior to this, they held various positions at SAVOYE, including Head of systems design, sales support and Evolutions, Head of systems design and sales support, Head Of Business Development in Russia and Benelux, and Pre-Sales Manager. Olivier also worked as a Proposals Manager at SAVOYE from 2007 to 2012. Before joining SAVOYE, they worked as a Cost improvement consultant at COST-House and as a Project manager for improving competitiveness at SAVOYE. Olivier's early career included a role as a Project Manager for Special Machines at SEVA (Saint-Gobain group).

Olivier Lacot attended the INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon from 1989 to 1994, where they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Construction. During their time at INSA Lyon, they specialized in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation.
