Annemarie Ibrahim

AnneMarie Ibrahim, SPHR has over 25 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on HR business partnership, employee relations, talent acquisition, training and development, risk management, and compensation administration.

Currently, AnneMarie serves as the Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner at Savvas Learning Company. Prior to this, they worked at Donnelley Financial Solutions as the Senior Director HRBP, where they played a key role in the spinoff transition from RRD into DFIN, managing various HR responsibilities and overseeing the Employee Relations/Ethics hotline program.

Before their role at DFIN, AnneMarie was a Senior Manager, Regional Human Resources at RR Donnelley. During their tenure, they led the integration of rival companies post the acquisition of Bowne and championed a culture of diversity and inclusion.

AnneMarie also held the position of Western Region Director of Human Resources at Bowne, where they rapidly advanced to lead HR functions for the Eastern Region, including hiring, pay administration, and policy enforcement.

AnneMarie began their career at FedEx Services as a Sr. Human Resources Generalist/Sr. Recruitment Lead, where they maintained an HR presence in assigned facilities and led recruitment strategies.

Throughout their career, AnneMarie has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of business operations, and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.

AnneMarie Ibrahim, SPHR, holds a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Phoenix. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2013, they earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, followed by the SHRM-SCP Certification from SHRM in 2015. More recently, in 2022, they acquired several additional certifications, including "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn, "Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace: Building Empathy for Success Workshop Badge" from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, "Leading at a Distance" from LinkedIn, and "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate" from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
