Carlos Correa

Carlos Correa has an extensive work history spanning several industries. Carlos began their career in 1993 as a Customer Service Manager/Consultant at Walmart International Division, where they supervised staff, conducted training, and resolved customer complaints. In 1996, they transitioned to T.A.B. Service, Inc. as a Sales Associate, where they customized Network/Office Solution packages for customers and provided technical support. Carlos then joined Cengage Learning in 1998 as a Bid Specialist, preparing official documents and ensuring accurate delivery of samples/materials. From 1999 to 2017, they worked at National Geographic Learning/Cengage Learning as a Correlations Coordinator, responsible for coordinating the preparation of correlations, researching curriculum requirements, and coordinating efforts with publication teams and marketing managers. In 2017, they were promoted to Sr. Correlations Manager, a role they held until 2022. Currently, Carlos is the Director of Curriculum Alignment at Savvas Learning Company.

From 1990 to 1992, Carlos Correa attended Southern Ohio College and obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Science.
