Cherise Krug

Cherise Krug, EdM, serves as the Editor for Secondary Literacy at Savvas Learning Co, where responsibilities include leading the development of a new national curriculum as the Grade 8 editor and curating content that aligns with national and state standards. Previously, Cherise held editorial roles at Pearson and served as the TKLS Coordinator at Educational Testing Service (ETS), where a training manual overhaul improved team productivity in AP exam material processing. Additional experience includes teaching English at various educational institutions, including Mercer County Community College and Red Bank Regional High School, where curricula were developed to enhance student engagement and success. Cherise holds an Ed.M in English/Language Arts Education from Rutgers Graduate School of Education and a B.A. in English and Philosophy from Rutgers University.
