Ginette Collins, M.Ed has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and sectors. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Business Development at HAVEN FAMILY FOUNDATION, starting in February 2021. Ginette Collins, M.Ed has a diverse education history. Ginette obtained a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Eastern Michigan University, graduating in 2009. Ginette then pursued a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Grand Valley State University, completing their studies in 2013.

In 2022, Ginette attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they obtained a Professional Certificate in Product Management, specializing in Equitable Product Design. Additionally, they earned several additional certifications to enhance their skill set in product management, including Technical Product Management, Rapid Wireframing, and User Experience Design.

Ginette has also obtained certifications in teaching. Ginette is certified as an Educator, Type 1 (Elementary/Preschool), and Educator, Type 8 (Leadership/Admin.) by The Florida Department of Education. Ginette also holds a Mathematics Teacher certification from the same institution.

To further supplement their knowledge and expertise, Ginette pursued additional certifications outside the field of education. Ginette also attained a certification in Google Analytics from Google Analytics in 2023.
