Richelle Kinsella M.Ed. has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Richelle began their career in 1987 as a Cashier Supervisor at Target and later worked at Bank of America as a Customer Service representative. In 1994, Richelle transitioned into the education sector and worked as a Teacher at Gilbert Public Schools for over two decades. In 2015, they joined Chandler Unified School District as a Teacher until 2018. In the same year, they started working at Pearson as a Humanities Curriculum Specialist. Currently, Richelle is employed at Savvas Learning Company, where they started as a Curriculum Specialist in 2018 and has recently taken on the role of Proposal Writer. Throughout their career, Richelle has demonstrated a strong commitment to education and a passion for curriculum development.

Richelle Kinsella M.Ed. obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Elementary Education and Teaching from Ottawa University from 1991 to 1993. Richelle then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Northern Arizona University from 1996 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, Richelle also obtained an AZ Teaching Certificate from the Arizona Department of Education in February 1993 and an AZ Real Estate License from the Arizona Department of Real Estate in June 2013.
