Roman Salery

Roman Salery is an experienced educational leader with a diverse background in instructional leadership, data analysis, and curriculum implementation. Currently serving as an Educational Consultant at Savvas Learning Company and Principal at Alabama Aerospace & Aviation High School, Roman has a demonstrated history of enhancing academic protocols and fostering talent development among teachers. Previous roles include Assistant Principal at Atlanta Public Schools, where Roman focused on developing instructional coaches and implementing SaaS platforms for blended learning, and Middle School Dean at Uplift Education, where Roman established a positive school culture and managed instructional leaders. Roman's experience also includes significant achievements in math instruction and teacher development at KIPP Texas Public Schools and Teach For America, reflecting a strong commitment to improving educational outcomes for all students.
