Avishai Lazar

Avishai Lazar is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Meta since June 2024. Prior to this role, Avishai held a similar position at Savvy from October 2021, and worked at Facebook as a Software Engineer from December 2014 to October 2021. Avishai's early career includes leadership and development roles at Check Point Software Technologies, Ness Technologies, and Intel Corporation, where responsibilities included leading an R&D team and contributing to encrypted communication within the Networking team. Avishai holds both M.Sc and B.Sc degrees in Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
