Jared Kuchinskas

Jared Kuchinskas has an extensive work history starting in 1991 as a Marine in the United States Marine Corps. After completing their service in 1995, they founded and owned Plant-It Earth Landscaping, specializing in commercial landscaping, irrigation, and maintenance throughout Central Florida. In 2000, they joined Ford Motor Company as a Fleet Sales Manager, where they built the Fleet Sales Department for an Independent Dealership and achieved Legend & Leaders status within the company. In 2002, they transitioned to become a Real Estate Broker at RE/MAX, and in 2008 they founded Kuchinskas Real Estate Group. As the Founder/CEO, they oversaw the operations of the company until January 2023. In 2018, they joined JP and Associates REALTORS as the Vice President of Expansion, a role they held until December 2019.
