Alessandro Figueiredo

Alessandro Figueiredo has worked in various roles throughout their career. Alessandro currently works as a Client Support Analyst at SAVVYY since 2020. Prior to that, they worked at BMO Financial Group from 2013 to 2020 in two roles: Financial Services Manager and Customer Sales Representative. In their Financial Services Manager role, they were responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying client needs, and achieving weekly targets. As a Customer Sales Representative, they were responsible for ensuring a great customer experience, representing a first point of contact for client concerns and requests, and distributing administrative tasks. Before BMO Financial Group, they worked as a Sales Representative/Keyholder at Public Mobile from 2011 to 2013.

Alessandro Figueiredo attended George Brown College from 2009 to 2013, where they studied Human Resources Management and Services. Alessandro also holds certifications in Financial Planning Level 1 and Investment Funds in Canada, both obtained from Moody's Analytics.
