Amr Kandil

Amr Kandil is an experienced executive in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Sawani since February 2023. Prior to this role, Kandil held positions including Chief Innovation Officer and General Manager at Olayan Saudi Holding Company, and Vice President (Innovation, R&D, QHSE) at NADEC Foods. With a strong background in research and development, Kandil has also contributed as Group R&D Director at Juhayna Food Industries and Global Innovation & New Benefits R&D Director at Danone. An academic with a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of London, Kandil also holds an MBA from York St. John University and a Master's in Clinical P. & International Policy from the University of London, complementing a Bachelor's degree from Cairo University.
