Michael Warring

Michael Warring is an experienced analyst currently supporting the Cooperative Threat Reduction Program at Sawdey Solution Services since September 2022. With a strong background in combating weapons of mass destruction, Michael has held various significant positions, including Senior CWMD Analyst at Global Systems Engineering and Tech62 Inc., as well as an Advisory and Assistance Services Contractor role with Engility Corporation, where expertise in the Department of Defense's CWMD mission was essential. Prior military experience includes serving as a Major in the USMC for two decades and acting as Branch Chief for Wargaming and Experimentation at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Virginia and has completed advanced military education at the United States Marine Corps Command and Staff Course and the Argentine Air Force Command and Staff College.
