Michael Meuse

Michael Meuse is an experienced Executive Chef with a robust career in the culinary industry, currently serving at Sawgrass Country Club since November 2017. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Executive Chef at Hilton University of Florida for a brief period in 2017 and was also the Executive Chef and F&B Director at DoubleTree by Hilton from 2010 to 2017. Michael's culinary expertise was further developed during tenure as Executive Chef at Boca Lago Country Club from 2007 to 2010 and at Hilton Hotels & Resorts from 1995 to 2007. Michael holds an Associate of Science degree in Culinary from Johnson & Wales University, completed between 1995 and 1997.
