Bray then joined Kratos Defense and Security Solutions in 2014 as a Fires LNO (Liaison Officer)/Force 2025 Analyst/Subject Matter Expert. Mark-Thomas liaised and coordinated among various units and agencies on Fort Bliss and White Sands Missile Range.

Most recently, Bray worked at SAWTST, LLC since 2017 as a Program Manager. In this role, they provided technical guidance, oversaw contract activities in areas such as engineering, program management, operations, test support, and financial and administrative tasks. Mark-Thomas also conducted interviews, managed staff, conducted performance evaluations, and mentored employees to ensure excellent support to the government client.

In 1992, they attended the U.S. Army Logistics Management College and completed two courses. The first course was the Operations Research/Systems Analysis Military Applications Course, where they earned the distinction of Honor Graduate.
