Genevieve Ileris

Genevieve Ileris is an experienced communications and engagement professional with a robust background in leadership and strategic advisory roles across various organizations in the healthcare and policy sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Partnerships and Communications at Sax Institute since August 2023, Ileris previously held key positions including Director of Communications and Engagement at NHS, where oversight of communication strategies and crisis management was provided. Additional experience includes an interim role at The British Psychological Society focused on transforming communications and policy, and senior advisory roles at Kreab Worldwide and Ramsay Health Care, where significant initiatives in employee wellbeing and public health campaigns were launched. Ileris holds multiple degrees in business and health communications from reputable universities, including Queensland University of Technology and Buckinghamshire New University.
